Orginally tac/hour meter is mechanical. So no run no time. Could jump off another battery then charge slow or buy new battery if over 3-4 years old. Them 4DLTs don't last that long for what they cost. I have milked a lot of years out of one on my 5000, but if doesn't start real quick it wont spin fast enough.
