The cross pins are pressed into the yokes and pivot in the center block. To take apart you drive the pins all the way through the center block and out the other side of the yoke. Probably start with the one that looks like it is in too far as it may be blocking the perpendicular pins from passing through the center of the block. They are tight to get apart as the knurled outer end of the pin has to press through the center block as you go.
