Oliver Super 77 with weird serial number on tag

have just got this Oliver Super 77 home, and the numbers dont match anything in the books. also it has cast bolt lugs that go up into the frame from the bottom, near the oil pan, unlike any i have ever seen. Its at my freinds house, resting comfortably with about 10 other Olivers, and a CLetTrac, so we are sure its a Super 77. anyway heres the tag numbers.
spec number is 27-1406
ser number is 52 178-702
