I wouldn't be worried about it being a "gray market" machine. I have a gray market Hitachi mini excavator and it has been no problem getting stuff. If you are the type of person that just wants a parts guy to look up a number for you and hand you the parts it might not be for you though.
Normal maintenance stuff is all right in stock at the NAPA store. Seals are common metric items available at my local (15 miles away) seal supply. Tracks are the same as many other mini machines and readily available. Hoses and fittings are common JIC that any hydraulic supply will have. Pins and bushings are are available on the Web. Most of the rest can be fixed by anyone with a welder, lathe, and mill.
