The 260 Manhiem frames will fit no problem on a Waterloo. Actually better because they go to under the back axle for support and strength. I have a 245 frame on a 3020. Had to lengthen the end of the frames under the rear axle a bit. On the front end of the frame, I welded 1/2 x 4 flat bar on the rear of the frame and bolted it to the side frames of the tractor. On the front of the frame, I used 1/2 x 4 flat bar again and boxed around the front bolster of 3020. This way it is like combining the rear axle support of the Manhiem frame with the front end support of the Waterloo frame. If the said 260 loader is in good shape, it has lots of features over say a 148- Quick Attach, more break-out force, Quick Attach bucket and higher lift. As mentioned a Power Beyond block makes a nice neat installation. Hopes this helps. I'd go for it in a heart beat if I needed a loader. I have a 265 on a 4240 and a 245 on a 3020.......Ron
