Now, this is the first time I ve seen it, too. However, if I m not mistaken, this happened yesterday on I-840 between Murfreesboro and Lebanon here in middle-TN. I had called a friend because he was late to meet me and he said he was just getting by the traffic jam, that there was a big orange tractor still tied to the trailer and the trailer was sticking straight up in the air.
