Generally around my parts everything is verbal for the most part. New owner bought some land we do and started out good and is still good, but he changes his mind every time I see him on what he wants. It really amazes me how people from other areas have a totally different perspective on things. I'm from a tiny town...a township really. My word is golden as is most people's, but you get people from out of the area and they are so paranoid that you are going to screw them over. Must be fun living in the city i guess. Pretty frustrating when people do things like rrlund is talking about. Money, power, possessions are great (and I like money), but when my time is up...i like to think people will say about me what Josie Wales said about Jamie (the boy who got shot up) "I rode with him...I got no complaints."

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
