Here's my suggestion: county fair season is coming up, check around for what dealers are showing tractors. Specifically I like Kubota but I've never owned one, have just rented from time to time. I recall that the dealer showing off their tractors at the local fair made it very easy to own a new Kubota. Typically 0% financing on a five-year loan would buy you a really nice tractor with loader. Sorry I forget the exact model, but this was not an overgrown lawn tractor-- it was a serious machine built to do some real work, price was around $30k. Can probably find similar deals at the dealer, but I know they are really motivated to move tractors at these fairs and similar events.
