I dealt with some old time IHC Ag. field service reps that were transplants to the truck (Navistar)
system. I heard from some folks in local tractor shops that these guys lost it all (moral & Jobs) and ended up in an industry they wearn't that fond of.
Many of them are already or are retiring now!
They normally don't even want to discuss The old days. At least not at a business level.
It truely was a tragedy for all Americans.
