I used to rent for $.10/hp/hr. But that was over 20 years ago so likely the rate is much higher. I will ofder a dissenting opinion on why it's not selling too, sometimes too low a price drives off buyers as well because they assume it's junk. Tried to sell a nice looking 1256 IH for $8500 and got no calls. A jocky I know said it was because the price was too low and folks thought it was junk. Relisted it in the same paper a week later for $12,500 and sold it the first day for cash. Was a quite a learning experience for me.
