Why on Earth would you want to convert a scarce, rare, desireable collector tractor. like an MV, into a mundane, common as dirt, plain tractor? The common, row crop, Farmall M is admitedly a nice tractor, but is as common as DIRT! The identity of "MV", authenticated and proven by your tractor's serial number plate, makes your tractor a MUCH, MUCH more valuable tractor just as it is! I do not know if Farmall collectors are as nutty regarding prices for the really scarce and desireable models---I think they are--- among JOHN DEERE collectors, enormous premiums are being paid for AH, GH, and also 60H,70H, 620H. 630H, 720H and 730H tractors. With Deere, the "H" designation means "HIGH CROP". The "V" in "MV" means the same thing. A rare JD 630H LP tractor recently sold for $141,000. AH and GH tractors regularly bring $30,000+. It will be YOUR tractor. You can do with it as you like, but "converting" it to a plain "M" would be like painting a "Moustache" on the Mona Lisa! JMHO

There are many types of cylinders that one might run across on a farm scenario. Each one could take a chapter in
