I have a similar noise and vibration with my 300. In looking at the 300 manual it says... "the hydraulic breather, located on the top of the resevoir, has a ribbon-type air filter element.Clean the element after every 500 hours, or more when operating under unusual dust or dirt conditions. Replace with a new element if necessary.
To clean or replace the element, remove the screw and cover. Remove the element from the breather and clean in kerosene. Reassemble in reverse order."
Please let me know how it works, I can read better than I can wrench, so any hints will be appreciated.
