You won't get anything new for that price, but you could probably find something used for that price. Being that you want something small, try to find something with 4 wheel drive. Start LOOKING on EBay and Craigslist, (you're just price shopping at this point, you don't have to buy off of them) that will give you an idea of what you can get for 10K. Dealers will probably be a little higher on price, but you might have a better quality tractor from them. If you don't know much about tractors, there are some good YouTube videos on what to look for, and it helps to take a knowledgeable person with you. Don't buy sight unseen. You should be able to find a really good used tractor for that money. Sometimes bigger tractors are actually cheaper, because there's less of a market for some of them.
