If it is in good condition, a medium size barrel of money. If it is in poor condition, a small barrel of money, followed by a rather large one. If it needs parts AND boiler work, you might get it reasonable, but then have to sink cubic dollars into it before you are done. The one from Medina reportedly wasn't particularly cheap (low/mid 5 figures), and it was apart (and also apparently needed a bunch of work that it didn't get). Before I spent a nickel, I'd talk to the owner about having the boiler inspected and ultrasound mapped. (or at least the belly, throat sheet, barrel seam, crown, tubesheets and mudring to grate area). Offer to pay for it, better to be out $500-600 than a lot more. AND if something turns up, it will give you a basis for dickering. IMHO a 110 is just too darn big anyway, but hey, its your call.
