Yes, on the oversize permits for a 110Case. Its over wide, especially if equipped with extension rims....Its probably also overhigh, you might have to dismount the cab (to the top of the cab is 15 feet), The weight (18 tons) should not be a major problem, except small bridges, and back roads. As for hauling contact your local steam club and see who they have contracted. Often you can get a discounted rate, but more important the fellow is used to hauling them, and knows how to do it without damage. Firm ground, or gravel is often easier than concrete for loading/unloading. Prices are a matter of being in the right place at the right time, a 16HP Frick in good condition recently changed hands for $3500, and there is a "contraption engine" (read homebrewed steambuggy) item 1485876869, that someone could adopt, it was still reasonable the last I looked... At the other end there was a 1/3 Case on ebay that brought $8.1K and a full sized Case that was asking in the $20K range (both just a wee bit over market IMHO).
