Years ago in the Puller magazine there was an ad for EJ Potters book about his life and his creations he built. Well I bought the book by calling the ph #. After the guy answered the phone I realized it was EJ himself. What a deal to get to talk to him. Here is the best part Probably a year or two later i get this phone call from EJ Potter He called me to ask if I would be interested in buying a VHS tape of his creations. Of course I did and I took it to work to let others watch it. But it got lost by someone and I never got it back. Just afew years ago I bought a DVD of EJ that I still have. He is tell one of his great stories about how he is retired but still messes around with things occasionally as he is living in a residential area in Florida. He starts up a small turbine engine in his garage then he opens up the throttle with it screaming along with hoses all around. Many good stories in the book, VHS and DVD I would have loved to meet him.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
