I ran out of gas on my Farmall C going up a hill. Fuel went to the back of the tank.
The old tractors are easy to work on. Either you have a spark issue or a fuel issue. Those are the first things you should check before you ask for help.
Contaminated fuel is common with old rusty gas tanks, dirt and water getting into fuel.
Points, condenser, distributor cap, rotor, bad plugs, plug wires and water are all common problems with ignition on old tractors .
