The 6030 wasnt ever offered with Power-shift, I heard that JD never spend the time to engineer a Powershift for the large row-crops (5010,5020,6030) because they had so much power they could pull practically any implement at the time with ease....the 6030 never ran out of power so it never needed to downshift on the go, a neighbor of mine had a 6030, he pulled a 10 bottom plow, another neighbor of mine told the owner of the 6030 that his IH 4386 4x4 could out pull the 6030.....that was a cool sight to watch the 6030 laugh in the face of the 4386, the 4386 was pulling a 10 bottom also and it lugged down and died going up the hill as the 6030 as lugged down to about 800 rpms and made it over the hill.

I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
