If I am understanding you correctly, you want to control hitch side-to-side "sway".
The bars with the slots typically are used to lock the hitch at a certain height, as an example, when using a mower, and that's a different matter.
I'm surprised this site doesn't seem to have them.
TSC sells them and they are in stock at several stores near me, if you go to the TSC website and enter your zipcode, you can find out what nearby stores have them in stock. (I have a set that I modified a bit (shortened) on my IH 424.)
