Not sure if it is just an F-12/F-14 thing but mine seems to be the same way. If it sits any length of time, usually more than a few weeks, it takes quite a bit of cranking to get started. I've counted and somewhere in the 40s sounds about right for number of cranks to start, must be about what it takes to refill the fuel line and carb. Once its been running though it usually starts on the first few cranks.
Looks to be a pretty nice tractor, though it looks like someone put a F-12 steering post on.
