It happen to me!! Had a fire near us that came over the hill and at 11:20PM it burned 35 of my forty acres. Saved the buildings and animals but I fell off the roof putting up 3- 45GPM sprinklers on the roofs and broke my foot (no med. insurn. lucky I was a Vet)!! Then I got paid off by the insurance for $13,200.00 for my burned trees and the mess it made so I bought my tractor and starting fixing it. Just after putting it in the shop and splitting it in haft, I went to take the truck to get parts (to fix a broke Rod in the tractor) and a rod started knocking it the truck!! Well I had to hurry to fix the tractor to start on the truck, got the new engine in test drove it and the power steering pump went out! Replaced it and the steering box went replaced that too! This is Murphy's Law!! I had to do all this with a cast on my leg with crutches! BUT the nice thing was the insurance money allowed me to fix everything so I guess the fire was a good thing?? Mark H.
