The Farmall installed Behlin PS on our old 450 gas was pretty good in my opinion, cultivated lots and lots of corn with IH #461 cultivator on it, turned on headlands one-handed with the steering spinner. IH figured out how to feed four and even six cylinders evenly so no need for a carb for each cylinder. Worst day of my life was spent on a JD 60 pulling a 6-30 rotary hoe breaking a crust on an 80 acre bean field. Was a l-o-n-g day. Listening to that danged think knock and bang and clatter is probably why my ears ring 24-7-365. The R diesel Dad had me do about half the spring fieldwork with in 1964 didn't help at all either.
