you should be videoing the exhaust pipe not the throttle lever. pretty hard to hear what the engine is doing . you watch the exhaust on a fast acceleration. should be no stubbles or hesitations or excessive smoke. slow advancing means nothing. first set the timing, then you adjust the carb. plus you should be posting your timing spec's and point setting as to what it is set at and the carb settings. that tells a lot more than a video of an engine running as its not like a person is sitting on it. from this video you cant diagnose a thing. plus its not under load either.
