I was thinking about just what you had said. the Problem lies with this is that I need this tractor for use on the property. so As I seat and thing about getting another running engine for this tractor my concern is what shape that engine will be in. When locating another block I called every salvage place in this U.S. found only two blocks to buy. got one now at the house. Balance new is 700.00,Crank shaft new is 800.00 with balance gear installed on the crank shaft. Yes those two teams are 1,500.00. Now we go four wet sleeves, pistons sold as a kit. Connecting Rods, I would like to say one but not mic them yet might be 4 new ones needed. Was thinking new camshaft to but no cannot find them for sale? If I could those like the crank shaft come with new bearings set. than the engine rebuilding kit. these other block that is good will have a total rebuild engine for this tractor.
