Spent all day on this did the housecall thing, got a good anti virus program and scanned everything no virus found, talked 3 hours to service provider tells me it is my problem I can't access mail, was told to block sender but apparently netscape 4.7 does not let you block sender and putting it to trash does not stop it.
I tried the free virus scans below no help here its like being stuck in a loop.
