I hear you, Jakee. When the old back goes out, I'm basically a lobster! It doesn't take a lot to make one not want to get off and on a tractor all day. Even when I was young I remember the reluctance to climb off to make small adjustments on the equipment I was working. You have to wonder how designers seemed to ignore ergonomics all those years. And, I guess to sell them, they had to have you "stand back and look at them" for fear of trying to climb on.
