Brent, Yes, it is a JD factory live hydraulic pump. A few parts are still available. There's a page in the A,B,&G parts catalogs that shows the pump. The working pressure is about 600 psi and you can use a modern cylinder with it depending on how much weight you want to lift. The seal on the mag end is p/n AH21815 @$14.50. This a double lip seal. The seal on the governor end is AA5613R @$8.40. This is a single lip seal and you'll need 2 of them since the original was a double lip seal.
Before you put any $ in parts, take the pump off and open it up. The most common problem with these pumps not working is the pump clutch collar. The notches in the collar are worn and the collar will not stay engaged with the pump drive shaft. The two cogs on the drive shaft get worn too. The problem is caused by engaging the pump when the engine is running. The collar (p/n A4762R) is still available from Deere @ $150. The drive shaft (p/n AA5612R) is no longer available.
