I doubt you will find a "kit in a box" for that. If you did, it would be very expensive!
A couple of options...
Scavenge up enough parts and design your own. This can be done using an automotive type directional valve, assist cylinder, and a belt driven pump. This can be done at a reasonable cost depending on your access to salvage parts and ability to fabricate the necessary mount brackets, etc.
Some have used electric automotive assist steering. This might work for occasional use, but would not be enough to overcome the weight of a loader or be practical for a working tractor. The other problem is it stresses the existing steering gear. All it does is apply more force to the sector shaft, which can cause components to be subjected to stress beyond what the gear was intended to handle.
Since that tractor did have power steering offered as an option, my suggestion would be to find a donor tractor that has PS, and transfer the parts. Either locate one at a salvage yard, make a deal to purchase all needed parts, and remove them your self.
Or buy a parts tractor, get what you need, keep or sell the rest.
And then there is one more option, if this is a working tractor, unless it has sentimental value, or is in exceptionally good condition, trade it for something that better suits the needs at hand.
