I bought two old M's years ago knowing they were both locked up. The one that last "ran till parked" was the one that I tried to get loose. After fiddling with some snake oils and such I pulled the head and pan. Was able to drive three of the pistons out. No. 1 would NOT budge so I said okay- you're coming out if I have to use dynamite. I drilled several 1/2 inch holes near the ring lands and it finally gave up and popped out. When I saw how much crud was locked to the rings it was obvious that -nothing- was going to break it loose with anything but disassembly. A new sleeve and a good used piston and it was good to go. Keep trying what you're doing and it might come loose, if not then tear it down and fix it right, will last much longer and you won't expand your expletive vocabulary. Good Luck with it!
