What is the condition of the tractor and implements? If they are even usable condition that would be a bargain. Yanmar is one of the better import brands. I don't know if John Deere uses them now, but they did use Yanmar diesels in their compact tractors with very good results. I think it would be a fair price if you paid twice that, presuming the equipment is in good shape.
