I have one. Has a 24" wheel. Takes more time to back it up and get it on outrigger pads turn on the PTO, than it does to take the stump out. Heavy unit, will lift the front end on N series ford, Dextas, old MF35 size tractors. Works best with a loader to off set. I use it with a 4000 Ford 4x4 with loader, about the size of a NH3930 WOOD 1150. I also have a RAYCO, hydrostatic drive 25HP Kolar unit with 16" cut wheel.
With my 3 pt, back on edge of stump centered, and go on outrigger, then get off and toggle it till the stump is gone. Has shields to stop the flying stuff.
Mine works fine, takes finesse, learned skills and patience. The stumps don't willingly go.
