Make em fix it . If the rim has been exposed to liquid death you’ll probably have to remove the tire and the wheel and sand and paint the rim so it won’t puncture the tube. I fought that on the 4020 pulled tires apart at least four or five times to sand and paint one never would quit puncturing the tube I finally replaced it the other one I was able to salvage

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
