I had both - speeders by and my chase vehicle flashing. If you feel like blowing past me on a flat stretch go ahead. I stay where I’m at and won’t get farther left on them. There’s just no good way to accommodate both large equipment and cars on the roads and have everything run smoothly. I know he was being polite and giving me the right of way. I had already done that so he just needed to pass. It reminded me of people who sit at a four way stop and stare at each other instead of the one on the right just going.
My first reaction it to pull way over and give the vehicle the right of way, but I’m sure there are lots of guys that run machinery down the road that don’t do that.
