Real funny here in Tennessee , as a farmer you could have pulled it home with no banner but as a dealer if I were to bring it to you it has to be flagged as you have it UNLESS the dealer is delivering it DIRECTLY to the field. DOT enforcement is actually not as strict around here now as it was say 10 years ago. For years we had a separate DOT group , but someone figured out what it was costing and merged the dot into the hiway-patrol .
