I've run quite a few of these in years past, what comes to mind is JD '10 series, Case 580's, Cat 416, Ford 555, 655. I've run Dynahoe, JCB too, from an operators point these seemed pretty decent, lots of common models, but am not sure in the present time parts support for each. I found a low hour 555C about a year ago, good condition, had the shop go through it, and have made good use of it in the little spare time I have. I don't see any leaks, hoses are aged, will be checking on those, replace etc. Worst ones have been replaced. I know I can get it worked on if anything serious, believe parts support to be good, they made a lot of them. Need to find the correct fuel cap for this one, CNH says NLA, odd. That and a muffler, seems to have a hole in it. Strong machine, you can wiggle this thing around to where you need it. It has FWD, which I think is preferable, but not completely necessary either.
