Those are great old toilets. We have a pink one with matching sink in our half bath. I disagree about the superiority of the old school fill valve though. Put a plastic Fluidmaster in there and you will be happier. Every 10 years or so you'll need to replace the diaphram in it but those are $1.50 hardware store items and it takes less than a minute to install the new one. Like the difference between 1950s drum brakes and modern disc brakes. Modern brakes are superior in every possible way and are cheaper and easier to install than old ones. Same with a Fluidmaster compared to the old ones.
