Well a 3yro was shot by a stray bullet while sleeping in her bedroom in Albany NY about a week ago. She was the second individual to be shot in their home by stray bullets in the last few weeks. It is hard to remain racially neutral when you see who is committing most of the crimes and indiscriminately shooting at each other with no regard to others.----------------Loren
