Does the pony motor transmission have the two sped lever on it? It has to be in high gear to get enough R.P.M.`s to get the big engine to fire. I would give it a whiff of starting fluid WHILE it is turning over. Assuming you have fuel where it should be. Even if it runs rough, at least you know it is capable of running. Have you made sure the air filters are allowing enough air to allow it to start? Either oil bath or paper. Maybe somethng has their winter home built in the air intake. Good luck!!!!!!
