Anyway, I follow the rules I learned in driver's ed, the ones someone below listed off. Yes, others get angry if I don't drive 95 MPH, but they can always pass me as I poke along at 75 in the far right lane those times I'm on the big roads. I'm interested in this discussion because I really think drivers have gotten worse, and I thought maybe it was only my area that was so bad. Looks like it's happening all over.
