International 240 Utility Beginner needs help

Well it started out as a new water pump, and as usual if you have it tore apart that bad you might as well do more.
My question is: I'm putting in a new clutch and things and Stuff. I need to know how you get the (Clutch Release Sleeve Guide, Part # 43-546-D) out of the clutch housing.
Also, I am looking for (Part# 372-403-R1 Exaust pipe adaptor).
