I live in one of the poorest counties in GA (financially) but it is really scenic and close (too close) to Atlanta with a nice 4 lane highway leading right to the far edge of the county. When I moved here it understood that it was a rural county and had laws reflecting the same. The past election a progressive county commision board got elected and the ruling families (not the county commisioners) decided they need more wealth and so they got many ordinances passed to impress the monied folks in Atlanta to get them to move up this way. Is getting to be a pain in the r--r to live here and I can't afford to move. The county wealthy will get wealthier tho. Sorry for the long rambling and venting.
