In Farmers Branch, there is a city appointed person who drives around once a week and checks every neighborhood. He looks over your fence and makes sure there that all vehicals and tractors in your back yard are covered. I have lived in Farmers Branch for 10 years. The first notice I recieved is that I had to mow the area near the creek that the city ownes. I barrowed my brothers Farmall H and brush hog and get it mowed. I then got a citation for having the H parked in my driveway. Over the years I have been cited for paint peeling on the house, cars on non-approved paved surface (gravel), trailers and tractors parked in the driveway. ( sometimes they were only there a day) and Tractors not covered in the back yard. You might think this was some upscale neighbor hood, but its 1950's 3 bedroom homes, nothing fancy. I have alread bought 40 acress north of Decator Texas and will no longer have to deal with this type of thing. I'am out of here!!!
