Yup, that's a nasty one. Here's my horror story about that type filter. Neighbor's Ford with that same filter was serviced with a new after market fuel filter, and engine started missing, smoking, and knocking loudly, one injector was stuck open. When he finally got the tractor here it would not run at all. Pump would not deliver fuel as the plungers were stuck too. Replaced all three tips as the needles were stuck tight, was able to free up the stuck pump plungers. Cause was the fuel filter, the top steel part of the new after market was shorter than the original, and went up PAST the sealing O ring on installation so it never sealed and let dirt past.
