Who said anything about lying? The kinds of creeps who would complain about the guy's tractor are also very likely to be rude to children I don't think you'd have to wait too long brfore you could spot them yelling at children walking by or those who are playing nearby. Such busybody kinds of behavior should be properly rewarded! And you don't need pictures or whip marks as evidence! A simple claim will get them investigated and after that they'll be too busy to worry about the guy's tractor. Anyway, the man has the best solution. MOVE OUT!
