I got the last 40 acs. with a privet 9+ ac. lake on it for $38,500 with a 28gpm well in, but their are lots of places for sale from $19,000 to $50,000 for 20-60 acs. bordering lakes, some next to county roads and view property. They even have complete home sites for a little more. The only problem is the jobs are hard to get around here that why I am self employed at home and ship our products all over the USA!
