'52 IH H value update

3 da. ago I asked for opinions on the value of a '52 IH H. A few questions came up that I can answer.
The estimate of 400 hrs. is just that, an estimate. When I bought the tractor the seller wrote a letter testifing the authenticity. It reads in part that her uncle bought the tractor new in '53 and used it one year to cultivate his corn on his 80 acre farm. The following year he took sick and rented out the farm. From '54 to '76 he only took it out a couple of times a year for a spin around the barnyard. In '76 he sold it to his niece and her husband. They used it to rake hay and run an elevator on their 160 ac. farm. In '90 they had a sale and I bought it. It was her thought that it could'nt have over 400 hrs.
Many items back her up. The saw teeth on the throttle cap are sharp as new. The throttle lever catch is sharp as new. The gear shift knob still has half it's paint. The drawbar hole is perfectly round. The seat bushings are good as new. Factory round top and bottom muffler is good. Tires show almost no wear. There are no dents or scratches.
Paint and decal condition; Of course the paint is faded, it is after all almost 50 yr old. The decals are good. I would'nt dream in a million years of painting it.
Equipment; one rear wheel weight ring, steel pulley, no fenders, 2 wheel tricycle, gas, no lift.
Except for the fading of the paint[ it's still red, just a couple of shades lighter ] it has to be one of the lowest hour, most original, unmolested, factory complete H's anywhere.
