Ain't that the truth!!
When installing Windows 10 and setting things up, one of the "games" that came with Windows was a shoot-em-up video game. I accidentally opened the game rather than the small icon next to it and was APPALLED at the graphics!
Started watching a movie recently that showed young kids playing these types of games. It was disheartening to see how people (especially kids) could think that any such 'killing' could be considered a game.
But am I out there trying to ban that stuff? No. Not everyone has the same morals/beliefs/attitudes, etc as I do. It's a video game. That said, we have to also be responsible for our own actions.
Tests seem to show that modern (realistic!) video games make soldiers into even better soldiers. ....So what's that make kids? What's that make mindless adults that become so consumed with killing the TV foe?
Tests show that video games even help many surgeons become even better. That I can see as a good thing......but how many kids will grow up to become such surgeons? How many adults will change jobs and go into the medical field?
Yes, we can do lots of things in this country that aren't allowed in other countries. But just because we "can", does that mean we "should? The root problem is, we (humans) have to be self-regulating.......and we keep proving over and over that we can't handle that responsibility.

It increased the farm productivity and, in general, made life easier because more work could be done with this 'mechanical beast'. My dad dreamed that some day he would have his own tractor with every implement he could get. When he rea
