Need more info to be able to help you much since not all carbs are the same. Heres a couple things to try. First pull the drain plug out of the bottom of the carb if it has one. Then catch the gas coming out of it for at least 5 minutes you need to have a good steady flow of gas. If you don't then pull the fuel line at the carb and recheck, again you need a good steady flow. If you have gas come out the drain plug in a good steady flow then you have some thing clogged in the carb. Now if you don't have a good steady flow at both places then you have a clogged fuel line and or a problem with the sediment bowl or tank
