I thought hard about cutting early last week but didn't. Then I saw that another guy did, and I was kicking myself thinking how the days are getting shorter and I should have taken the chance. Then I thought how where he mowed there was almost no shade on the ground so he should be OK. Then driving by three showery days late I saw that the hay was still lying there getting cleaner and cleaner.
