Amen Brother!!! I am a farmer and Chairman of our local FSA county committee. We had a farmer that cleared a small wetlant so a center pivot could pass over it. It was not farmed, just kept clear. When discovered he was deemed inelidgeable for government progam payments from the time the wetland was cleared. Payments recieved had to be repayed. He had to plant the area back in wetland trees to come back into compliance, which he did. But in four or five years his pivot will no longer pass over this area. As for the DNR, I understand they are the most powerfull agency it the country. Last week I heard they can even arrest the county Sheriff, who is the most powerfull county official. As you said, they can enter anyone`s property without permission and arrest any citizen without a warrant.
